Workspace Configuration

Branding and tags are stored at the workspace level so they stay consistent across users, sessions, and devices.

Company Name Used across the sidebar and team-facing workspace labels.

App Name Used across the main page headers and login experience.

Logo URL or Asset Path Used anywhere the Jitaraa or client brand needs to appear in the product.

Sidebar Brand Mark

The header can keep the full logo while the sidebar stays minimal. If a client needs a custom sidebar mark, we update it in the codebase directly.

Supabase Project URL This is the REST base used by contacts, audiences, messages, and dashboard analytics.

Supabase Anon Key The current app directly calls Supabase from the browser, so the anon key must be present for reads and writes.

n8n Chat Webhook URL Used when a user sends a manual or template-based one-to-one reply from Live Chat.

n8n Campaign Webhook URL Used when a broadcast campaign is finalized and dispatched from the Campaign Manager.

n8n Template Sync Webhook URL Used to trigger a backend sync that pulls approved WhatsApp templates from Meta into Supabase.
